Core Secrets? This is the one that Nick Lachey promotes? It does look interesting. I'll be taking an especially close look at your abs when you arrive in a week or so to see if it's worth the money
How cold are we talking?
REALLY cold. Like 50 degrees!
Core Secrets kicks your trash. I've only lasted a couple of days and given it up due to soreness. I keep the ball blown up next to my bed in hopes that I'll start again!
