20 minute day

I just finished up my run this afternoon and man was it hard. My legs were seriously tired. It was all I could do to run the 20 minute minimum. I don't know if this is normal or not. Hopefully by Wednesday I will have some recovery and can run for at least 25 if not 30 minutes.

I have to do my running tonight. I'm dreading it. But I'm determined to be really dedicated this week and see if that helps in the weekend run. Cycling tomorrow night for cardio?

So I think I deleted the e-mail telling me I was a contributer and how to post. Lacy will you please resend that to me? Pretty please! Also I'm really excited about this blog and chronicling our running adventures. I think it will help us all stay motivated and on track. I did hill training at the gym today and my legs are quite sore as well so I'm glad I'm in good company.
